How Can I Gain Weight While Keeping a Healthy Diet?

I am 5′6″ and weigh about 122 pounds. I have always been a healthy size 6, and now I am down to a size 2. I eat the same as I always have (which is about every 2 hours), work out (although I not as often as I would like), and I can’t seem to gain weight. I look like a string bean! I feel like I have no shape anymore. I don’t want to eat all fried foods and sugary foods because that’s not good for you, but how can I gain some weight and curves while keeping a healthy diet? (BTW, I don’t eat any red meat or pork)
