So im trying to eat healthy because I used to eat really really unhealthy but its so hard with so many yummy fattening foods and snacks!! any advice for sticking to this diet would be so appreciated
It´s like this, I took almost everybodys advice. I am eating healthier and everything but… My b-day was 1 week ago and i ate alot of junk food and I gained like 3 pounds! I really need a balenced diet. Can you sugest 1?
