Ok she is over 105 less then 115 I have to check again.Well she is only like 4″6.She is over weight,for like about 15-20 pounds, I’m really worried.Please give me an Idea for a healthy diet for her,or should I even put her on a Diet?

    Im pretty sure for a 10 year old she should lose more than just 20 pounds.
    Most 10 year olds are between 50-70 pounds.

    Just more veggies, and fruit, less junk if she eats any.
    Because she needs milk and cheese, and bread and meat to grow correctly and develop. So just add more veggies, and fruits she’ll be fine. It’s nice to see loving parents, bravo to you!

    An official diet but just take daily walks around the tasty stuff shes not already sign her to be fun and carrot snacksmake.
    The tasty stuff shes still kid after all the neighborhood if she likes and healthy to be active if she has the option between cookie snacks and carrot snacksmake sure she has the carrots but of course dont do away with all the carrots but just make few healthier choices if she has the tasty.

    Have her go out and play more. it’s summer so take her to a pool, a park or go bike riding.

    But as a diet goes, eat less bread. A friend of mine quit eating bread and she lost 25 pounds in a few months… it’s amazing how bad bread is for you!

    Less processed foods, more fresh fruit and vegetables. Also cutting down on meat would be good too, it’s high in saturated fats. Let her get protein from other things such as nuts and beans. Whole grains are also a plus, white rice and white bread are simple carbs so they won’t last as long energy wise.

    Also try getting outside and playing with her, or get her into a sport to get some exercise in.

    My entire life she changed my entire life she cooked nice healthy dinners she kept nothing in the house but water which really really helped it because of her for it because of her for.
